Framingham, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville is proud to announce that Meera Paul of Bedford has recently been added to the firm’s Framingham office.
Paul, a resident of Bedford, has a passion for excellence and is an alumnus of both Harvard University in Cambridge, MA and John Hopkins Medical Institutions in Baltimore, MD. Paul also attended Post Graduate school of Medical and Surgical Sciences in the U.K. Prior to joining ERA Key Realty Services, Paul was a research scientist, being acknowledged by Who’s Who of Women in Medical Sciences.
Paul has lived in the Greater Boston area for the past twelve years, although she has lived and worked in many countries and also speaks many languages. Her enthusiasm and professionalism can be seen in her mission: “To spread happiness by fulfilling the dream of home ownership”.

ERA Key Realty Services Adds Kim to Framingham Office

Framingham, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville recently added Y. S. Kim to the firm’s Framingham office. Currently a local Framingham resident, Kim attended schools including Douglas College, Northeastern University, Boston College, and University of Michigan.
Previously Kim held management positions at Ford Motor Credit Company in Michigan. She has also volunteered to help with United Way, JDRF, and Accounting Aid Society. Additionally, Kim has been associated with Toastmasters International with leadership and chairperson positions.
After returning to Massachusetts in 2007, Kim received her real estate license and joined ERA Key Realty Services. Kim comments that she was impressed by the company’s “mission statement, core values, and extensive training program.”

Spencer, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville recently added Isabella Roy of Leicester to the firm’s local Spencer office.
Roy has an associate degree in chemistry, as well as a certificate in accounting. She was previously employed for Bay State Services in Worcester for over seven years. In searching for a real estate company, Roy commented: “As a newcomer, I looked for a company with a strong team spirit and guidance. I have found that with ERA Key!”

ERA Key Realty Services Adds Sherrard Arch to Framingham Office

Framingham, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Framingham resident Sherrard L. Arch has been added to the local real estate office.
Arch attended Springfield College in 1969, followed by Boston University in 1975. For 35 years, from 1970-2005, he taught at Lexington Public Schools.
Prior to ERA Key Realty Services, Arch was associated with Exit Realty in Framingham. He commented on this, saying: “After finding Exit Realty not to be the correct fit for me, I interviewed with four Real Estate firms in Framingham.” He added, “ERA seemed to provide the most advanced use of technology, and more importantly- customer support.”

Spencer, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville recently announced that Dawn L. Green, a resident of Spencer, has been added to the town’s local office.
Green attended Nichols College for accounting. She worked for nearly two decades, since 1988, for a Westboro company as an office manager and bookkeeper. Dawn currently is a notary public for the state of Massachusetts.
Green had been associated with ERA Key Realty Services temporarily in late 2004. She rejoined in October 2007 noting about her decision: “I would never dream of going anywhere else! This has been my dream job for the last 15 years and I am finally living it!”

ERA Key Realty Services adds Marzeotti to Oxford Office

Oxford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Maribeth Marzeotti of Dudley has been added to the firm’s Oxford office.
Marzeotti attended Salem State College and received her Bachelor’s Degree in 1986. Marzeotti has been a self-employed legal and medical transcriptionist since 1990. She has also been a clerk for many town commissions and boards.
Marzeotti has been very involved with the community, including the Dudley PTO, for which she had been liaison for the Middle School and chairperson for the Scholastic Book Fair. She is also part of the Interfaith Hospitality Network in Southbridge.

ERA Key Realty Services Adds Cousineau to Milford Office

Milford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville recently added Lori L. Cousineau to the firm’s Milford office. A resident of Bellingham, Cousineau attended Blackstone-Millville High School and later attended Framingham State College.
Cousineau’s business experience includes working at her father’s mortgage company in Blackstone beginning in 1997. Since 2003 she has been the president and owner of Unison Financial Services, Inc. in Bellingham.
Cousineau explained that she chose ERA Key Realty Services because she liked the team concept and the extensive training programs offered. “The full time managerial and administrative support is also important to me”, said Cousineau.

ERA Key Realty Services adds Mastro to Framingham Office

Framingham, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Joannie Mastro has been added to the firm’s Framingham office. Mastro graduated from Wayland High School, as well as Stenotype Institute of America and Lee Institute. She has lived in Framingham for 40 years.
Mastro boasts an impressive record of experience with Real Estate. Working in the field for nearly 30 years, she has been previously been associated with Realty World Stucchi, Dallamora Realtors, and finally ReMax Realty Associates. She received Top Broker Awards at both Dallamora Realtors and ReMax Realty Associates. Mastro has shared her time and experience in Real Estate by teaching the Massachusetts Licensing for Real Estate Agents.

ERA Key Realty Services Adds Hopkins to Oxford Office

Oxford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Barbara R. Hopkins of Webster has been added to the firm’s Oxford Office. Hopkins went to high school in Charlton, and attended classes at Nichols College in Dudley for marketing and accounting.
Hopkins had previously been the owner of the Victorian Rose Café in Webster, and then an Assistant Buyer of Polyclad Laminates in Millbury. Currently she is the owner of Cornerstone Realty Trust, and is partner with her husband in his business, American Custom Builders.
Receiving her real estate license in early July, Hopkins joined the ERA Key Realty Services team in Oxford. “ERA is known for their excellent training skills and have a great reputation in the Real Estate World,” Hopkins remarked on her decision to join ERA Key Realty Services, “I have had the privilege of knowing a number of the agents personally and I am honored to be working as an agent for ERA.”

Oxford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services recently added Cynthia N. Tessier of Millbury to the firm’s Oxford office. A graduate of Becker College, Tessier previously was co-owner of Pronuptia Bridals in Worcester for 17 years. The business won “Best Bridal Shop” in Worcester County from “People’s Choice Awards” for both 2005 and 2006.

While she is new to the Real Estate field, it is evident that Tessier is no stranger to the business world. Oxford Office Manager Les Lackey commented that Tessier “has an extensive background in running a highly successful business. Tessier interviewed with several major real estate companies before joining ERA Key Realty Services.
