A Key Realty Services in Oxford Holds Annual Winter Wonderland

The Oxford Office agents of ERA Key Realty Services held their first annual “Winter Wonderland” at their new location on 351 Main St. in Oxford. This charity event had two major focuses: Gifts for our Troops in Iraq (toiletries and snacks) and “Toys for Tots”.

Santa Claus and his “Real Estate Agent helpers” were warmed by the public support. Smiling parents and children were treated to cookies, drinks, and candies, and all were asked by Santa “what they want for Christmas”. After a picture session with Santa, agent Linda Hale walked the wide-eyed children from room to room to view our “Wonderland”, which consisted of three rooms decorated floor-to-ceiling with miniature town scenes, snow flakes, Christmas trees and lots of seasonal decorations. Before picking up their “Santa pictures”, all were treated to Christmas stories and holiday songs by ERA Key Administrator, Nancy Richards.

ERA Key agent Shirley Delano noted that “the smiles on the children’s faces and the knowledge that our Troops in Iraq and the “Toys for Tots” children will be cheered make this event and the hard work so worth it”. She further added: “We are making our Troops and their support an ongoing effort. ERA Key Realty Services Welcomes Oxford Community Center Leaders

Oxford, MA – The Oxford office of ERA Key Realty Services recently welcomed the Oxford Community Center and their leaders to the office’s weekly sales meeting. President Jane Bania presented the Center’s history and goals, as well as introduced the Center’s program managers: Diane Castelo (Rentals), Ali Philips (After School Alliance), and Jackie Baldero (Fitness). Each manager talked about their passion, focused work, and future aspirations for support of the families and friends of the town of Oxford.

At the conclusion of the program, Oxford Office Manager Les Lackey, with Team Oxford’s real estate agents, officially joined the “Friends of the Oxford Community Center”. The Oxford team presented a donation collected by the agent’s fundraising efforts during their September 29th & 30th Grand Opening weekend, which had been held in conjunction with the recent dedication of the Norman J. ERA Key Realty Services in Oxford holds “Trick of Treat” Night

Oxford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services’ agents held a well-attended “Halloween Trick or Treat” night at their new facility on 351 Main St. Oxford. The wonderful smiles on the costumed children and their proud parents’ faces made this a very special night.

ERA Key agents’ costumes included a ghost, witch, old queen, skeleton, and a faceless man. Joining them was a flying cow with her sidekick and a Pomeranian named Buster who was dressed up as a pumpkin! The facility, located in the newly renovated Neil LeBlanc Building (formerly the Oxford Middle School building), was decorated to delight the parents and put a tiny scare in the many trick-or-treater’s that enjoyed the evening’s festivities. Children went from room to room, collecting treats and toys from our costumed agents and affiliated service providers.

ERA Key’s agents also send a special thanks to Jay Pope, (North Point Mortgage), Joe Livingstone (All in One Chimney), Joe Hogan (Hogan Whiting Home Inspections), and Tom Roque (The Mortgage Button) for sponsoring rooms. ERA Key Realty Services adds Marzeotti to Oxford Office

Oxford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Maribeth Marzeotti of Dudley has been added to the firm’s Oxford office.
Marzeotti attended Salem State College and received her Bachelor’s Degree in 1986. Marzeotti has been a self-employed legal and medical transcriptionist since 1990. She has also been a clerk for many town commissions and boards.
Marzeotti has been very involved with the community, including the Dudley PTO, for which she had been liaison for the Middle School and chairperson for the Scholastic Book Fair. She is also part of the Interfaith Hospitality Network in Southbridge.

ERA Key Realty Services, Oxford Branch recently moved to a new facility at 351 Main St. in Oxford from the previous location at 25 Sutton St., Oxford. “Our move decision was to provide higher quality, professional space for our agents and for our clients and customers”, said President, Bruce Taylor.

ERA Key Realty Services Adds Hopkins to Oxford Office

Oxford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Barbara R. Hopkins of Webster has been added to the firm’s Oxford Office. Hopkins went to high school in Charlton, and attended classes at Nichols College in Dudley for marketing and accounting.
Hopkins had previously been the owner of the Victorian Rose Café in Webster, and then an Assistant Buyer of Polyclad Laminates in Millbury. Currently she is the owner of Cornerstone Realty Trust, and is partner with her husband in his business, American Custom Builders.

Oxford, MA – ERA Key Realty Services recently added Cynthia N. Tessier of Millbury to the firm’s Oxford office. A graduate of Becker College, Tessier previously was co-owner of Pronuptia Bridals in Worcester for 17 years. The business won “Best Bridal Shop” in Worcester County from “People’s Choice Awards” for both 2005 and 2006.

While she is new to the Real Estate field, it is evident that Tessier is no stranger to the business world. Realtor Jean Decot Completes Innovative Marketing Seminar

Oxford - Jean Poulin Decot, a real estate professional for ERA Key Realty Services in Oxford, has tapped into the hottest marketing information in the real estate industry by attending “Mega Marketing,” a two-day seminar on marketing and advertising.

The seminar was presented by the renowned Orange County, California-based advertising agency, Hobbs/Herder Advertising, in May at the Cambridge Hyatt. Decot, along with a select group of 250 of the top local real estate agents, discussed the emerging trend of personal marketing, high-impact advertising, public relations, and self-promotion with Hobbs/Herder co- founder Greg Herder. As more and more real estate companies continue to reduce advertising budgets, agents are finding they must invest in their own careers and promote their services like any other business would. For a real estate agent, her most saleable product is herself.

Decot saw the Mega Marketing seminar as an opportunity to develop her advertising skills and gain an edge over her competition. “Personal marketing which promotes me as a person, looks like the wave of the future,” she says. “I wanted to be a part of it.” She expects to be putting the lessons of the seminar to work in her own advertising and marketing efforts soon.

A graduate from Nashoba Regional High School in Bolton, MA, Decot has also received professional training in several areas including Computer Programming and Business Management. Previous to joining ERA Key Realty Services, Decot worked as an Office Manager and Compliance Officer for Advanced Detonics Inc. in Dudley, MA. She had also held positions in Project Management and Customer Service for Allmerica Financial and Insurance Marketing Agencies Inc, both located in Worcester, MA.
