ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville is proud to announce that Nelson Zide of the firm’s Framingham Office and Donna Flannery of the firm’s Spencer Office are award recipients for Leader’s Circle. The company recently attended the Boston Council of ERA Brokers’ annual awards banquet at the Sheraton Hotel in Milford, MA, where Zide and Flannery accepted their awards. In order to qualify for Leader’s Circle, agents are required to have sold 75+ Units or $225,000+ AGC (Adjusted Gross Commission).
Flannery and Zide are full time real estate professionals with ERA Key Realty Services and bring years of experience to the firm and their individual offices.

Donna Flannery of ERA Key Realty Services is Awarded Top Agent

Spencer, MA – ERA Key Realty Services in Whitinsville is proud to announce that sales associate Donna Morin-Flannery of the firm’s local Spencer office was recently recognized as the top agent in the ERA Boston Broker Council for 2007.
Despite a very challenging real estate environment in 2007, Flannery maintained a consistent program of hard work and effort on behalf of her clients. This resulted in her being presented with awards for ending the year as the number one agent in terms of both production and units sold for the entire Broker Council. To place this accomplishment in perspective, the ERA Boston Broker Council has 18 agencies and over 800 agents.
In addition, Flannery was presented with the coveted “Beyond Excellence Award”. This award is given by ERA in recognition of achieving a high level of service and production, which places Flannery in the very top percentile of sales agents Nationwide.
Flannery is an Accredited Buyers Representative, as well as a Realtor member and past vice president of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors. Roy has an associate degree in chemistry, as well as a certificate in accounting. She was previously employed for Bay State Services in Worcester for over seven years. ERA Key Realty Services Adds Green to Spencer Office

Spencer, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville recently announced that Dawn L. Green, a resident of Spencer, has been added to the town’s local office.
Green attended Nichols College for accounting. She worked for nearly two decades, since 1988, for a Westboro company as an office manager and bookkeeper. Dawn currently is a notary public for the state of Massachusetts.
Green had been associated with ERA Key Realty Services temporarily in late 2004. She rejoined in October 2007 noting about her decision: “I would never dream of going anywhere else! This has been my dream job for the last 15 years and I am finally living it!”

ERA Key Spencer Office Announces New “Focus” Group

Spencer MA – ERA Key Spencer Office Manager, Steve Hubbard announced the formation of a special skills building group (Focus Group) within the Spencer office.
Meeting on a bi weekly basis, the group will spend time learning many of the ERA tools available for better seller communication, lead follow up and the like. Part of the time will also be spent developing individual in house agent marketing tools such as personal brochures.

Alicia is a graduate of North Brookfield high school, attended Nichols College in Dudley Mass and is the owner of ABC Book-keeping in North Brookfield. Alicia has been a soccer coach and is the former chairwoman for the North Brookfield finance committee. Kathy has successfully completed a detailed course and passed a thorough examination on preparing homes for sale. Staged homes traditionally sell faster and for more money in today’s real estate market. The ASP designation is a benchmark of true excellence in customer service for home sellers. The evening of Thursday, May 17, was the place to be in Spencer, as the agents of this office were treated to a special presentation by Dennis McCurdy, life coach and president of “Find A Way.”

McCurdy has been a self employed business man since the age of 23 and has since started 8 businesses involving real estate, insurance, building, taxes and investments and personal growth workshops. He is currently the owner of McCurdy Insurance group in Sturbridge Massachusetts. He is also the author of a soon to be published book titled “Find A Way” which promises to help individuals invigorate their lives and reach for their dreams.

At the meeting, McCurdy presented an interactive seminar about the power of positive thinking which examined the thoughts and mindsets responsible for our successes or failures. This was a lively, interactive format that was in many ways eye opening for the agents and is another example of the dedication of ERA Key towards a strong, ongoing program of training. Following this, an interactive discussion group about the Seller Security Plan was lead by owner Cheryl Taylor and special guest Lori Martin of our Whitinsville office.The Seller Security Plan is the exclusive ERA program whereby ERA pledges to sell your house or they will buy it. There has been great interest in the program by our agents, more and more sellers are turning towards this program, especially with the buyer’s market we find ourselves in.
