Local Realtor® Earns Designation

Lori Kelleher of ERA Key Realty Services, Whitinsville, has successfully completed the Loss Mitigation Certification Course (LMC) of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® held recently in Sterling.
 Due to the challenges facing many Realtors® today in representing a buyer or seller who is working in a transaction involving foreclosure, short sales, properties at auction or bank owned; this comprehensive one-day course was developed to educate Realtors® on all the issues surrounding properties facing these complicated transactions.
The course is taught by national and local experts in loss mitigation and is designed to equip attendees with the tools needed to deal with short sales on both the buying and listing side; the process, ethics, laws, contracts and credit issues involved; and how to best approach lenders. Lastly, this course also addresses the human element of these transactions as consumers potentially face losing their homes.
  Upon completion of the Loss Mitigation Certification Course, participants earn lifetime usage of the LMC logo and continuing education credits necessary for real estate license renewal.

ERA Key Realty Services Receives Five Star Circle Of Excellence Award At Cartus Broker Network International Conference

(Whitinsville, MA, April 27, 2007) – ERA KEY REALTY SERVICES was honored for its outstanding performance during the last year at the 2007 Cartus Broker Network International Conference held April 15 -18, 2007, at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz.  More than 900 representatives attended the four-day event, which included interactive workshops, roundtable and panel discussions, and executive presentations.

ERA Key Realty Services Captures Second Place in Fund Raising Event

Framingham, MA, December 11, 2006 – ERA Key Realty Services in Whitinsville recently announced that a team from the firm’s Framingham office finished second out of twenty-four in the recent 25^th Annual Town-wide Framingham Spelling Bee held at the Cameron Middle School.

            The event raises thousands of dollars for innovative programs in the Framingham Public School District and is administered by the Framingham Education Foundation which provides the grants. ERA Key Realty Services has been one of the proud sponsors of the event for 10 years.

     ERA Key Agents Clark Broden and Kristen Stewart, along with administrative assistant Amybeth Babeau comprised the team, which finished runner-up to the victorious Charlotte Dunning Elementary School. Both teams went 14 rounds of spelling correct words before a winner was declared.
