ERA Key Realty Services Worcester Agents Assist with Winslow Park Project

Worcester, MA – ERA Key Realty Services proudly acknowledges the recent community efforts put forth by two of the firm’s real estate professionals in the Worcester branch. Luz Gonzalez and Jennifer Solin, local Worcester residents, have been actively involved with the arrangements for the creation of Winslow Park on Pleasant Street. The group these agents belong to, Women Together, has been instrumental in making the park a reality.
Women Together was formed in 2003, following the murder of a young person in the downtown Pleasant St. neighborhood of Worcester. The group came together with the objective to stop the violence and make the area a better place to live. It was the untimely death of another young person in 2006 that prompted another member of Women Together with the idea and design of re-creating Winslow Park. Winslow Park had previously been vacant and abandoned for the past 30 years. The park will serve as a memorial for youth who lost their lives to violence - a “neighborhood peace park”.
Gonzalez and Solin have been active in planning and coordinating arrangements for the Winslow Park project through Women Together and through their involvement with ERA Key Realty Services. ERA Key encourages its associates to engage themselves in charitable giving, teamwork, and community services and gladly recognizes the efforts being put forth by these agents.

Karen Dauderis of ERA Key Realty Services Receives GRI Designation

Worcester, MA – ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Karen Mason Dauderis of the firm’s Worcester office has successfully completed the Massachusetts Association of Realtors ® Realtor ® Institute (GRI) program. The Realtor Institute program consists of six 15-hour courses. Upon completion of the six courses, Dauderis earned the nationally-recognized Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
Realtor Institute Program curriculum includes such subjects as residential construction and design, listings, pricing property, marketing, law, finance, ethics, management, advertising, real estate calculation and taxation.
The Massachusetts Association of Realtors sponsors several REALTOR Institute Program courses at locations around the state each year. Over 2,000 Realtors in Massachusetts have earned the GRI designation. There are over 82,000 GRI designees nationwide.
Dauderis, who has been a sales associate with ERA Key Realty Services since 2001, also holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), and a relocation specialist.

ERA Key’s Dauderis Earns ASR Designation

Worcester, MA - ERA Key Realty Services of Whitinsville announced recently that Karen M. Dauderis from the firm’s Worcester office was awarded the esteemed designation of Accredited Seller Representative® (ASR). She joins a select group of top producers in the residential real estate industry who hold this highly sought-after designation.

Dauderis earned the ASR® designation by attending an intensive two-day seller agency training class.  This course is geared towards providing agents with the tools and skills needed to professionally represent the seller in a real estate transaction.

Dauderis has been a full-time sales associate with ERA Key for five and a half years.
